It was standing room only this week in East London as we entertained a full-house at the Market Research Society’s Annual Conference, Impact 2018.

Our interactive session, Who’s pulling your strings? An experiment in unconscious influence, gave attendees the chance to discover the power of words for themselves. They got to see Verbalisation’s behaviour change techniques in action, and learnt how to apply them to their own working life. The highlight of the afternoon was influencing a room full of seen-it-all marketers to choose one (identical) drink over another, simply by changing two words in its description. See, it works!
