Verbalisation, the London-based strategic communications consultancy, has today announced it is opening a sister company, Global Influence.

Global Influence launches under the leadership of marketing and defence strategist Sven Hughes, serving governments, charities and NGOs.

The information operations company will provide cutting-edge influence solutions for challenging, complex and high stakes environments.

Verbalisation today announces the launch of Global Influence. The new consultancy has been formed in response to an increasing demand for counter violent extremism (CVE) and political campaign services.

Due to the success of our recent CVE campaigns, we are being approached by a significant number of governments, NGOs and charities to get further-involved in this space. Recent work for the Quilliam Foundation and FATE (Families Against Terrorism & Extremism) has pointed the way, says Hughes.

Global Influence will engage the cutting-edge intellectual property, RAID® (Rapid Audience Insights Diagnostics). Developed by sister company, Verbalisation, RAID® is a fully-automated psychological profiling tool that can decode a target audience with exceptional granularity. Verbalisation has enjoyed a significant growth over the past five years, in part due to this advanced technology.

Clear as to the benefits, Hughes adds, The consequences for any subsequent marketing campaign can be dramatic with several clients seeing triple-digit increases in their MoE metrics. Its hard to get this level of certainty elsewhere in the marketing industry.

Verbalisation already boasts an enviable client list including News UK, Dow Jones, JTI and Nuon Energy and will continue under the stewardship of CEO, Alex Van Gestel. Recent additional client wins have included the target audience analysis briefs for both The Sun and The Times. There are also significant developments in the coming months, with several household name brands in advanced conversations with the company.

Van Gestel is excited at the potential of the two companies operating simultaneously. The time is right for Global Influence. There is a need within CVE and political campaigning for more certainty, says Alex. With RAID®, Global Influence can deliver this to new sectors, just as we at Verbalisation do with commercial clients. Each offering can now be more acute in its proposition, focus and delivery.

Global Influence is currently staffing up with hires from Whitehall government departments, academia,
as well as leading applied psychologists. This is in addition to our current team. New talent, new technologies but the same underpinning IP, adds Hughes. Global Influence is already trading, with a roster of international clients secured since its soft launch one month ago. People know they will get results when they come to us.
